How long will my balloons stay inflated?
That varies depending on the type of balloon and what conditions the balloons are exposed too. Latex balloons generally last 24 hours, while foil balloons can last for days.
What is the best temperature to store balloons in?
We recommend keeping them in an environment that is not too hot and not too cold. Room temp is ideal.
Do You Inflate Balloons Purchased from other retailers?
YES! We will fill your balloons you bring in as long as there is nothing inside them, such as confetti or glitter. Prices vary depending on size.
$2 for standard latex and 18″ Foil and $7 for 22″ and up.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that the item is in the original UNOPENED package. To complete your return, we require a receipt with proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items: Balloon weights, discount items(sold as-is). hand pumps, damaged balloons as a result of not following aftercare instructions.

How do I place an order online?
- Click “Shop Now” and start browsing through our wide collection of balloons.
- Select categories from the top menu bar to find items that match your occasion or theme. If you’re looking for something specific, simply type it into the search bar and hit enter.
- Choose your desired balloons or items and select from the available options, such as color, inflated or non-inflated, etc. Then, add them to your shopping cart. If you need other party supplies, feel free to add them as well.
- Proceed to the checkout. Fill in your billing details, choose pick up or flat rate shipping and select your desired date and time from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your card details, carefully read and accept the terms and conditions by checking the box.
- Press “PLACE ORDER”.
- Wait for an email confirmation with your pickup details.
- Once you receive the email confirmation, pickup your chosen date and time to pick up your order. Enjoy!
