We ship USPS Ground Advantage from Oregon. Delivery time depends on how far you are from the West Coast:

December is the postal service’s busiest month. Delivery times can run longer than usual, so we’ve built in extra cushion above — and we still recommend ordering a few days earlier than these dates if you can.

Planning both Christmas and New Year’s? Order together before the Christmas deadline — one box, one delivery, and it’s still free over $25.
The postal service doesn’t deliver on Thanksgiving (Nov 26), Christmas Day (Dec 25), or New Year’s Day (Jan 1). We’re closed those days too.

When will my order ship?

We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your label is created.

How do I track my package?

You’ll get an email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your label is created. Tracking can take a few hours to start updating after you receive it — that’s completely normal.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states, and the same free shipping over $25 applies. Allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. We ship USPS, so PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses all work just fine.

Can I get free shipping on a single item?

Free shipping kicks in at $25. Our party kits all qualify on their own. If you’re buying a few smaller items, adding one more usually gets you over the line — and it’s almost always cheaper than paying the $7.99.

Great news — we combine everything into one box whenever we can, and shipping is still free. No extra charge for multiple items.

My package says delivered but I don’t have it

Check around your porch, mailbox, and with neighbors first, and give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan a package early. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll help you track it down.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry! Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund you. You won’t need to ship the damaged item back.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t shipped yet we can usually update it. Once a label is printed we can’t reroute it.
